I love weddings with a lot of personality! From curly mustaches to vinyl record guest book signings there was never a dull moment. I'm always looking to capture weddings that are authentic and unique to the couples and it really makes it easy for me when I get couples like Lexie and Joe who lean into what makes them them. Tyrza + Gavin - Wonderful Fall Wedding at Carlos Creek Winery
"Will you accept this rose?" Definitely a highlight for me! Of course the dog was too but they always are. Tyrza and Gavin were such a blast to film and laugh with. When it comes to Minnesota weddings, fall is really the time to beat and this weekend was the PEAK! Leaves gently falling from the trees, beautiful sunny weather, and that glowy light is absolutely unbeatable. It provided the perfect backdrop for such a classy and fun wedding at the Machine Shop. Cara + Ben - Incredible Nicollet Island Wedding
Cara and Ben chose a beautiful fall day to get married on, and I had the privilege of capturing it for them! This was my first time getting to film at Our Lady of Victory chapel at St. Catherine University and holy smokes, that place is gorgeous! Nicollet Island Pavilion was great to get back to as well. Alex + Ian - Classy Mansion Wedding at The Van Dusen Mansion
Mixing classy with historical character is an all-time great recipe for a gorgeous wedding. Of course Alex and Ian were the best couple on top of it all and were all smiles and laughs all day. It definitely rains on wedding days but almost every time, it turns out to be a gorgeous sunny day. Such was the case on this day and what a day it turned out to be! It's always the best ones that have all the best friends. A real friend tricks you into doing a fake first look when you thought you weren't doing one haha!!! The Brainerd lakes area is a paradise for Minnesotans which makes it the perfect backdrop for the perfect wedding. No detail was spared for this wedding and on top of that it was probably the most fun party I've ever seen. These guys really know how to send it!
